1. Initiating the Membership Process
Individuals interested in experiencing the privileges of Hamilton Club membership may contact the Membership Department to begin the application process. Membership opportunities are available across several categories, based on age and residency status. The Club’s staff will assist applicants in determining the appropriate classification.

2. Sponsorship & Letters of Recommendation
Applicants are required to secure sponsorship letters from two existing Club members who can attest to their character and alignment with the values of the Hamilton Club. If assistance is needed in identifying sponsors, the Membership Department can help facilitate introductions.
3. Completion & Submission of Application
Once the sponsorship letters are secured, the Membership Application must be completed and submitted to the Membership Department for review. At this stage, the applicant’s information is prepared for formal consideration.
4. Posting & Membership Review
After submission, the applicant’s name and relevant details are posted to the entire Club membership, allowing members to provide input. Simultaneously, the Board of Directors conducts a thorough review, ensuring each applicant upholds the Hamilton Club’s traditions of excellence and camaraderie.
5. Board Approval & Election to Membership
Following the review period, the Board of Directors votes on each application for membership. Upon approval, the applicant is officially elected as a member of the Hamilton Club.
6. Welcome & New Member Orientation
Newly elected members receive a formal Welcome Package and are invited to a New Member Orientation—an exclusive invitation designed to introduce them to the Club’s history, traditions, and benefits.
