Nothing but positive comments are being heard regarding the colorful urns at the front door, the new plantings and the quiet beauty in the yard space around the Grand Old Lady on Duke Street. Dressed in her beautiful attire, the building has taken on new life, thanks to the Garden Committee and the professional assistance of member Tim Arpin of the Gilded Lily.

For a "formal" initiation and a closer view of the changes, Garden Committee members will host a "tour" and answer any questions regarding the committee's plans to beautify the space throughout the seasons. On May 15, from 5:30 to 7:30, members can pass through the Buchanan Room, and with drink in hand, walk around the garden on Duke and check out the plantings on Orange. All in all, this celebration will welcome beauty and spring to the Hamilton Club and recognize the efforts of the Garden Committee.

Cost is $8 with a dining reservation, $15 without.  The cocktail party will feature spring-inspired hors d'eouvres and a signature bar.
